Our packages are gift wrapped in both wax and tissue paper for protection and presentation - and can be accompanied by a Scottish scenery postcard and a personalised message to create a beautiful gift.

FREE delivery to EH1-EH22 Edinburgh postcodes.

Standard delivery £3.95 on all orders.

Parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail or Courier depending on the location and size of your order. 

Dispatch usually 5-7 working days.
Please allow 2-3 days from dispatch for delivery.

If we realise that we cannot deliver to you within the timeframes outlined here, we will alert you as soon as possible.

Hill & Glen Scotland cannot be held responsible for failing to meet estimated delivery deadlines through situations that arise out-with our control (for example if an item is lost in the post or inclement weather). In situations where this occurs, Hill & Glen Scotland will take appropriate action based on the level of insurance purchased. Deliveries sent without tracking or insurance will be subject to the postal service's standard compensation procedures which may involve significant delays in receiving compensation, and or compensation below the total order value.

It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure they input their address correctly and are available to accept deliveries. Any changes that need to be made to your delivery address should be sent to hello@hillandglenscotland.com immediately. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes after the order has been processed but we will try our best where we can.

Order Dispatch 

We will send you an email confirming that we have received your order, and another email will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

Missing Order

If your order has not been delivered within the stated delivery time, please don’t hesitate to contact us on email at hello@hillandglenscotland.com and we’ll investigate this without delay.
